Volunteer Sign-Up

We’re looking for volunteers to help make this year’s fair a success—and we’d love to have you join us!

Volunteers sign up for easy two-hour shifts and receive:

• Free admission to the fair for the day

• Two tickets to share with friends

We have a variety of roles available, including:

• Greeters to welcome attendees

• Registration table support

• Exhibitor check-in and assistance

• Presentation room monitors (help with introductions and attendance counts)

 

If you’re an early riser, we especially need help with morning exhibitor unloading—these volunteers receive five tickets to share with friends as a thank-you!

It’s a fun way to get involved, meet great people, and enjoy the fair while helping things run smoothly.
