This workshop will walk you through a different way to prioritize your needs by goal setting in a unique yet realistic way. We'll dive into using boundaries, defining what selfcare means to you, and trusting your own intuition along the way. You'll learn the breakdown of a transition and how normal the phases are for your own life.
