I understand that this is an application and does not guarantee acceptance into the Fair. I also understand that once accepted, if I do not pay by the date set, I will lose my exhibit space.
Setup must be complete Saturday morning before 9am. Timing details will be sent before the fair. Takedown is Saturday from 5pm to 6pm. Exhibitors MUST keep their tables open until 5pm.
The Fair reserves the right to determine the eligibility of any product, company, service and/or demonstration.
Exhibitor is liable for personal injury, or lost/stolen/damaged goods and/or their own insurance.
Exhibitor is financially liable for any damage caused to Brookfield Conference Center property.
Exhibitor is responsible for meeting all city/state resale, licensing, and health department requirements.
Concessions for meals and beverages will be available. Food can only be brought in for special dietary needs. Meals are not included in exhibit fee.
Exhibitors are asked to assist with event promotion to the best of their ability through newsletters, social media (Facebook, Twitter, etc.), web links, word of mouth, flyer distribution, etc. Fair logo and information will be provided.
Any additional tables, chairs, equipment, stands, etc., that require additional floor space must be pre-approved. Additional charges may apply.
No banners or signs may be attached to the walls.
